Examine the basics of UX, from user research to experience design
Using videos, quizzes, and interactive discussions, you’ll learn the value of user research in the design phase and explore techniques for gathering meaningful data about your focus groups and stakeholders.
You’ll then delve into the fundamentals of experience design, charting user journeys and gaining an overview of visual design, site structure, and prototyping.

- Identify the concepts of information architecture and the importance of good structure for usability
- Identify the concepts and explain reasons for creating prototypes
- Explain the how and why of drawing wireframes, the importance of low-to-high detail and the benefits of interactive prototypes
